Browsing and access

You do not need an account to browse the website. Before the embedded calendar loads, you must acknowledge that you are at least 18 and understand the conversation scope. This is self-attestation, not identity verification. This website asks search engines not to index its pages. This is not an access restriction: anyone with the link can view and share the site.

Information you provide

When you book, Calendly collects the information requested on its booking page. Please do not provide medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or other sensitive health information. This website is not for emergencies.

How information is used

Your information is used to schedule, administer, and provide the conversation. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers

Namecheap provides hosting and processes standard connection and security information, including IP addresses and server logs. The homepage and booking page load Calendly after you acknowledge the scope so you can view Alex’s availability and schedule a general conversation. Calendly processes the booking information you enter under its own privacy notice.

Scope acknowledgment

The website acknowledgment is used in your browser to show the calendar. This theme does not store the acknowledgment or request identity documents. Booking details you submit to Calendly are handled by Calendly.

Cookies and security

WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrator login and security. Calendly may use cookies or similar technology when its booking service loads. The website uses HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Storage and deletion

Booking records are retained by the relevant service providers according to their policies and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute.

Your requests

To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information connected with a booking, contact Alex using the email associated with your Calendly appointment. Alex may need to verify that you control that email address before responding. Privacy rights depend on applicable law.
