BH with Al provides educational health and lifestyle consultations. This notice explains how information on this website is handled.
Browsing and access
You do not need an account to browse or request a consultation. This website asks search engines not to index its pages. This is not an access restriction: anyone with the link can view and share the site.
Information you provide
The consultation form collects your name, email address, a brief description of your consultation interests, your typed signature, the consent statements you acknowledge, and the date and time of submission. Please do not submit medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, payment details, or other sensitive health information. This website is not for emergencies.
How information is used
Al uses your request to decide whether and how to follow up and arrange a consultation. Submitting the form does not create a booking or subscribe you to marketing. Request details and consent records are stored in the website database and can be accessed by authorized administrators and the hosting provider as needed to provide its services.
Service providers
Namecheap provides hosting and processes standard connection and security information, including IP addresses and server logs. An owner notification is sent through the BH with Al email service to a private inbox; it contains a link to the private request rather than your consultation interests. If Al invites you to book through Calendly, your use of Calendly is governed by its own privacy notice. No Calendly booking widget or advertising tracker is embedded in this site.
Cookies and security
WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrator login and security. The consultation form uses short-lived security checks, including hashed connection and email identifiers, to limit duplicate submissions and abuse. The website uses HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Storage and deletion
Requests and signed acknowledgments remain in the website database until Al deletes them. Deleted records may remain in backups for the hosting provider’s backup cycle. Records may be retained where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
Your requests
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information, use the consultation form, enter “Privacy request” in the discussion field, and provide the email address you used originally. Al may need to verify that you control that email address before responding. Privacy rights depend on applicable law.
