Conversation scope & booking terms

These terms apply to the free introductory BH with Al general conversation booked through the website’s Calendly calendar.

Free first conversation

Your first introductory conversation is free. You may choose an available 15-minute appointment. No payment information is required to book this conversation.

Rescheduling or cancellation

If your plans change, use the cancellation or rescheduling link in your Calendly confirmation email as soon as possible so the appointment can be offered to someone else. There is no cancellation or no-show fee for the free introductory conversation.

If Alex needs to change the appointment

If Alex must cancel or reschedule, you may choose another available time at no cost.

Adults only

Conversations are for adults age 18 or older. The website asks you to acknowledge your age and the scope before loading the calendar. This does not verify identity.

Scope

Alex is not a doctor or licensed healthcare provider. Conversations are limited to personal experiences and general education. They do not establish a clinician-patient relationship or provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, personalized nutrition or health plans, lab interpretation, or advice about starting or stopping medication.

Peptides and medications

Alex does not recommend peptides or medications for personal use or provide doses, stacks, injection instructions, or other human-use guidance. Questions about your health, symptoms, or treatment should go to a licensed clinician. Alex may decline questions outside this scope.

Keep health information private

Do not send medical records, diagnoses, medication lists, or other sensitive health details through booking forms. This service is not for emergencies. For an emergency in the U.S., call 911.

Business relationship

Alex has an ownership interest in Lumina Research Aminos. This is a financial relationship. BH with Al does not provide human-use guidance for research products. Personal experiences and photographs are not evidence of product safety or effectiveness. Direct Lumina order, shipping, and batch-document questions to Lumina customer support.
